TOURS: We welcome evrybody to come in and experience the fun and the hard work in making bread and to understand the procedures that make our bread so fresh and unique. We need a reservation at least one week before and we do tours on Thursdays. Tours normally last for 30-45 minutes. Each student will receive a thank you bag contain mini loaf of wheat, coloring sheet redeemable for free cookie and a thank you letter for Parents with a coupon for one free wheat loaf. We can arrange tours for other days if needed.

The Mill. We mill our flour every day.

Our Mill is a Stone mill. We mill every day for our production. By milling our own flour we are using the whole parts of the wheat berry. That is why our wheat base bread is 100 % whole grain. The mill is proffessionally serviced and the stone are dressed every 6 to 8 months.
