of which has its own benefits: -Bran: The bran is a key source of fiber as well as B vitamins, and it gives whole grain products
their texture. -Germ: The germ is a source of minerals, protein, vitamins B and E, and healthy oils. The oils contribute most
of the flavor to whole grain foods. -Endosperm: This is the outer layer of the grain and provides some protein but consists
mostly of starch. Most bread and pasta products made from processed grain use mostly this outer layer and discard the bran
and germ, which are the sources of most of a grain’s nutrients.

All our Low Carb Breads use our Whole-Grain Low Carb Flax Seed as a base. It is made with our fresh ground whole wheat flour,
